The table is finished top-to-bottom in our saltbox inspired Topsail White-Wash. The effect is a tranquil, light weight rendition of an otherwise chunky, up-massed form. And fabricated from richly weathered barn wood, the table provides ample depth of interest, in spite of the plain colour palette.

Our Bundles are based on our unique perspective. They play to our strengths. Our solid wood furniture is made in Canada and hand finished in small-batch runs in our Ottawa wood shop. From the back-of-house perspective, our Bundles are optimized for speed and efficiency, in fabrication, transportation and finishing. Any opportunity to batch processes is an opportunity to reduce costs and create value. With an emphasis on practical quality, our objective is to create groupings that are financially compelling, uniquely desirable, and very much, of Canada.
A mark of craftsmanship and a sign of comfort, a dished chair seat provides a full measure of additional design refinement. Character in the wood grain is revealed along a third dimension. The play of light is more lively across the moulded contours. A hint at its intended purpose, its natural compliment in relief.
Our take on the classic the white-wash effect. The seats are painted in our Clarence White and when they're dry we wash them down with a wet cloth. The trick is getting the wash right. Remove too much paint, and the wood looks bare. Remove too little, and the paint looks damaged. Finished with one sealer and two lacquer clear-coats, to hi-light the colours, protects the wash, and steps up the sheen.
